Correct Corner > One Corner (Trim Menu)

This command can be used to correct a corner within a curve or surface using different modes. Only corners consisting of lines and/or circle arcs can be rounded.

After choosing the command, the "Correct Corner" dialog appears, in which the correction parameters to be used can be entered.

The position at which the object was identified (the "ID point") affects how the command is carried out. It determines which corner of the object should be corrected (see graphic).

Note a basic rule for trimming: The object changes, wherever it is clicked on.

If the two lines of the "corner" are parallel, then an error message appears.

A corner made up of two individual objects can be corrected using the command Correct Corner > Object - Object. All the corners in a curve or surface can be corrected at the same time using Correct Corner > Complete.
