Zoom > Section (Manage Menu)

This command changes the area displayed in the active drawing window so that a given rectangular area is displayed at the maximum possible size.

The first corner point of the section can be entered by clicking the mouse at any point within the drawing.

The second corner point of the section can be entered by clicking the mouse at any point within the drawing.

After entering the two corner points, the display is recalculated and redrawn.

These alterations to the visible section and the zoom factor can be undone with the Zoom > Previous View command.

The command Zoom > Section only suspends the execution of the previously active command temporarily. After finishing the command Zoom > Section by entering two points or canceling it pressing the right mouse button, the previous command will be resumed without changes.

The current zoom factor used for each drawing window is normally shown in the lower left corner of the drawing window, under the page symbol. It is expressed as a percentage of the original page size.
