Define Digitizer Command Field (Other Commands)

This command is not shown in the menu but is selected by clicking a command field on the digitizer while at the same time keeping the SHIFT key pressed.

Click the command field on the tablet using the input device's button which is set for tracing while keeping the SHIFT key pressed (Button and Tracing Options).

Afterwards, the "Edit Digitizer Command Field" dialog is displayed allowing you to select a command, layer, or pen to be assigned to the command field. If you confirm this dialog with "OK" the new command is assigned to the command field and is immediately available. You can save the changed assignment using the command Save Assignment as.

Two different commands can be assigned to any command field. Which of the two possible commands you choose depends on the button of the input device you use to click the command field. Choose the command Button and Tracing Options to assign a button to each command layer (1 and 2).

This command is only available in the Malz++Kassner CAD6 menu if the tablet driver has been installed successfully. For general tips on using digitizers, see Using Digitizers.
