Scale 3D Parts > Perpendicular to Plane (3D Menu)

This command can be used to scale multiple 3D parts perpendicular to a chosen component plane.

The 3D parts to be scaled must be chosen. Click on objects to choose them.

Any component face or construction plane can be identified as the direction for the scaling by clicking onto the component face or onto the construction plane's elliptical representation's outline.

The reference point for the scaling can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.

The target point for the scaling can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.

If the duplicate function is active when the last point is entered, a copy of the chosen 3D parts will be created and scaled.

While scaling, the factors are displayed at the crosshairs. If you do not wish this display, you can deactivate it via Configuration > Options > Window.
