Licensing the Engine (Using the Engine) New in Version 2025.1

The CAD6engine is licensed similar to a stand-alone CAD6 edition, i.e. you'll require an unlock code. Based on your requirements, you can choose between different editions. For distribution purposes, these can be either licensed for an unlimited number of users or for a specific number of users.

The currently available editions are:

CAD6engine Eco

Features basic functionality including PDF creation, as well as SVG, EMF, WMF, and bitmap import and export. Can be licensed either for in-house use (annual fee) or for unlimited distribution (annual fee, no extra fee per user).

CAD6engine Pro

Features advanced functionality including 3D, parametric compounds, tables, DXF, DWG, and HP-GL/2 import and export, etc. Can only be licensed for unlimited distribution (annual fee, plus per-user annual license fee).

All licenses include 12 months of Updates. Developer support and end-user support is not included and can be purchased on an hourly basis.
