Compares two Unicode texts and returns if they are equal (case-insensitive).

Parameters

f_pszText1

[LPCWSTR] Address of first text to be compared.

f_pszText2

[LPCWSTR] Address of second text to be compared.

Return Value

Returns true if both texts are equal (case-insensitive). Otherwise, false is returned.
