Surface / Curve > Detach One Outline (Trim Menu)

This command can be used to detach one outline from an existing surface, curve or hatching.

The position at which the curve / surface is identified (the "ID point"), affects the rest of the command. It determines which outline should be detached.

The result are two objects. One with the selected outline, one with all the remaining outlines. Both objects will contain all of the original object's attributes.
