Edit Dimension > Recalculate Dimension (Annotate Menu)

This command can be used to recalculate selected measurements, altering the dimension text, for example to adapt them to a new scale or coordinate system.

The dimension objects whose dimensions should be recalculated are chosen. Click on objects to choose them.

After choosing the objects to be measured, their dimensions are recalculated and inserted. This happens whether the "Adapt" dimension text mode is active or not.

The "Adapt" dimension text mode is not altered by this command. If dimension texts should be recalculated automatically from now on, the command Modify > Object Properties > Edit should be used to enable the "Adapt" dimension text mode.
