Measure Linked as Text Statement > Perimeter / Length (Annotate Menu)

This command can be used to determine the perimeters / lengths of several selected objects in form of a linked text statement (see Variables).

The objects whose perimeters and lengths are to be determined and added together have to be chosen. Click on objects to choose them.

After choosing the objects, the "Copy Text" dialog appears, showing the resulting text statement. Copy this text statement to the Clipboard to use it within text objects and dimensions.

You can use Advanced Text Capabilities (consisting of Formatting, Attributes, Variables, Statements, Mathematical Terms) in all texts, dimensions, variables, and attributes!
