Measure > Straight Line (Annotate Menu)

This command can be used to determine the length and orientation of a line specified by its end points.

The distance's start point can be entered using the mouse, by clicking anywhere in the drawing.

The distance's end point can be entered using the mouse, by clicking anywhere in the drawing.

After entering the straight line to be measured, a dialog appears showing the straight line's geometric properties.
