Rotate Objects > Align Horizontally, Point - Point (Modify Menu)

This command can be used to align the rotation all kinds of objects in the drawing so that a line defined by two points is being displayed horizontally.

The objects to be rotated must be chosen. Click on objects to choose them.

The first point through which the line should run can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.

The second point through which the line should run can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
