Object Properties > Fixate (Modify Menu)

This command can be used to fixate the properties of existing objects, i.e. all inheritances from layers and pens (and "by layer" properties) will be resolved and replaced by explicitly stored and fixed properties. The objects will retain their assignment to layer and pen so that their visibility and changeability remain effective.

Choose the objects whose properties are to be fixated. Click on objects to choose them.

The fixation will not affect blocks that are referenced by instances, but only the instances themselves.
