Distort Objects > Vertical (Modify Menu) |
www.CAD6.com |
This command can be used to distort all kinds of objects in the drawing vertically. The distortion takes place relative to a specified reference point.
The objects to be distorted must be chosen. Click on objects to choose them.
The reference point for the distortion can be specified by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
The distortion angle can be specified by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing. The angle is determined by this point’s position relative to the reference point.
Some objects cannot in principle be distorted. Above all, these are circles and circle parts, and also surfaces which contain circle arcs. If you try to distort such an object, those elements will be converted to ellipses, ellipse parts, or Bézier curves. |
