Align Objects > Vertical, Bottom (Modify Menu) |
www.CAD6.com |
This command can be used to align all kinds of objects vertically along a straight line. They are moved vertically so that they end at the given reference line. Each chosen object is treated separately, i.e. is moved by an individual amount.
All the objects to be aligned have to be chosen. Click on objects to choose them.
Any existing straight line can be used as the reference line. This can also be a side of a rectangle or a leg of a circle segment.
The alignment of each object is determined by its bounding box, not its actual contour. If the reference line is not horizontal, this can lead to uneven alignment for irregularly shaped (especially non-rectangular) objects.
