Pen Management > Enable (Manage Menu)

This command can be used to enable pens by identifying objects that are using the desired pens. To enable a pen means to clear the attributes "Lock", "Ignore" and "Shade Down", i.e. the pen will be displayed in its original color(s) again, objects assigned to it can be chosen and will be considered during snap point detection. In addition, the attribute "Output" is set, so this pen will be printed and copied to the clipboard again.

Choose the objects whose assigned pens are to be altered. Click on objects to choose them, including objects using locked pens.

After identifying the objects, their pen assignment is determined and all affected pens are enabled.

This command is not available if pens are switched to passive.
