Parts List > Create Procedure, Polygon (Library Menu) |
www.CAD6.com |
Using this command, you can create a parts list procedure based on a polygonal section of the drawing.
The start point of the polygon can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
After entering the start point, more points can be entered. The polygon begins at the start point, runs through all the subsequently-entered points and ends at the start point. These points can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
Once all desired points have been entered (at least 3), press the right mouse button to finish the command. If the Workflow Manager is active and appears, choose Finish Command in it.
The polygon can have up to 100 segments. If this limit is reached during entry, then further point entry is not allowed.
After entering the polygon, the "Generate Parts List" dialog appears, in which the parameters for the parts list can be specified.
Afterwards, the "Edit Procedure" dialog appears in which the name and parameters of the procedure are entered.
