This command can be used to simulate pressing the cursor key with an upward pointing arrow. The application reacts as if the UP ARROW had been pressed and immediately released.
This moves the window up by a specified step, that is, the window content moves down.
The window in which the crosshairs are located is changed. If the mouse pointer is outside the drawing area, the current (active) window is changed.
