Comment > Create, Polygon (Edit Menu) |

This command is used to insert a comment defined by a polygon. A polygon is a closed sequence of connected lines.
The start point of the polygon can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
After entering the start point, more points can be entered. The polygon begins at the start point, runs through all the subsequently-entered points and ends at the start point. These points can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
Once all desired points have been entered (at least one), press the right mouse button to finish the command. If the Workflow Manager is active and appears, choose Finish Command in it.
A polygon can have up to 2,000 segments. If this limit is reached during entry, then further point entry is not allowed.
After entering the circle, the "Edit Comment" dialog appears into which a comment of up to 30000 characters can be typed.
The appearance of all the comments can be set using the command Comment > Options. Comments can only be viewed on screen. They cannot be printed out or exported in any way.
