This command is used to draw a single, arbitrary Bézier curve.
The start point of the Bézier curve can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
The first pivot point of the Bézier curve can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
The end point of the Bézier curve can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
The second pivot point of the Bézier curve can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
The Bézier curve is assigned to the current layer. In addition, it contains a reference to the current pen.
