"Object Manager" Dialog

How can I access information on this dialog?

The list box allows for selecting multiple entries and modifying them simultaneously. However, you cannot edit multiple objects at once if they reside partly in the drawing and partly in blocks (or in blocks form different libraries). In that case, a right-click will result in an "Invalid selection" message.
